The difference between the number 0 and the letter O is not very clear in certain browsers or email applications. Please make sure that you are using the right characters or copy & paste the serial number in a text editing software to make sure that there are no confusions.
To successfully save files in the Editor, both as .s2s files and for the Game, you need to have Windows Media Player 10 (or a newer version) installed in your computer. Furthermore, you must have run Windows Media Player at least once in your computer.
The results from the automatic melody extraction completely depend on the complexity of the song and consequently, results will be different in every case. For most commercial and pop songs, good results can be obtained. The Songs2See Editor has many processing tools that allow you to fix and polish the results for optimal performance. These formats are standard for digital music scores and can be imported simply by using the Import options in the File menu. If you have printed music scores that you would like to use in Songs2See, the use of a scanner and a software application that supports Optical Music Recognition is necessary.
